**About the Role**
We’re on the lookout for a **Programs Coordinator** who can work flexibly from home and step in on-site when needed. You’ll be the creative engine and the organisational backbone behind the programs and camps we offer to our amazing NDIS participants.
This is a **casual role** offering approximately **10-20 hours per week**, ideal for someone who wants flexibility, freedom, and purpose in their work.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Designing, launching, and managing engaging programs and activities
- Creating new camp experiences and coordinating their rollout
- Sending out program information to families and staff
- Organising rosters, managing schedules, and monitoring attendance
- Supporting and coordinating support workers out in the field
- Taking care of admin duties and communication
- Using digital tools and systems to stay on top of everything
- Continuously coming up with new, creative ideas that make a difference
**About You**
- You're friendly, positive, and love connecting with people
- You're organised, proactive, and have strong attention to detail
- You enjoy using your creativity to build fun, inclusive programs
- You’re confident using a laptop and various software tools
- You’re comfortable working from home and being hands-on when needed
- You genuinely care about improving the lives of people with disabilities
**Bonus Points If You Have**:
- Experience in the NDIS or disability support sector
- Admin, rostering, or scheduling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A valid driver’s licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check
