Who are we looking for?

Your role will be the first point of contact for potential customers and be the face of the company during the very first interaction with prospects. You will help new leads determine if Utemaster products can help them build the dual-purpose vehicle of their dreams. The strength in our product offering comes from digging into our customer’s real needs and finding new ways to solve industry problems.

Our ideal person is hungry humble and smart, a natural people person with awesome interpersonal skills, charismatic, inquisitive, self-disciplined, and business-minded.

How will _you_ contribute?
- On the front line of all Utemaster’s business interactions. You will close sales, and provide our valued retail, dealer and trade customers quality service and support.
- This role blends sales, customer service and product education.
- You will become a vehicle accessories Ambassador, answer customers’ technical product and pricing queries, and strengthen long-standing relationships with re-sellers.
- Enhance our sales and customer satisfaction (NPS and response time KPIs)

**Requirements**:

We offer full training so don’t worry if you don’t have Sales administration experience, what’s important is your personality and attitude - we are looking for someone who is positive, has a ‘can do’ attitude and is ready to roll up their sleeves and support the team.
