We’re on the lookout for a **Part time/Casual Fitness trainer and Manager** to join our team

We are a growing Martial Arts and Fitness centre that is looking for an outgoing and bubbly manager who is also able to take group fitness classes.

There will be also an opportunity to work from home for different days of the week.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We’re looking for someone with:

- Proven sales and management skills (fitness industry experience is an advantage)
- A willingness to learn, grow, and openly receive feedback
- Strong administrative skills, including confidence in handling high-volume phone calls and using membership databases
- A genuine passion for supporting people’s overall wellbeing - physically, mentally, and emotionally
- Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude
- Great organisational skills
- Drive to meet and exceed KPIs each month

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Your day-to-day will include:

- Teaching group fitness classes
- Greeting members and managing memberships for both martial arts and fitness
- Creating a positive, fun, and inclusive club culture that encourages members to reach their fitness goals
- Completing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate member records, and confidently using our systems and technology

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous sales and customer service experience is highly regarded but a willingness to learn is most important
- Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to earn ASAP
- Working with Children Check

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
