Gardens & Grounds Maintenance - Subcontractor

We find all the work for you and manage all of the administration, so you can keep on working. This can be the perfect boost to your existing run in Morningside and surrounding suburbs.

All aspects of high-quality lawn mowing, hedge/shrub pruning, weed spraying, leaf blowing, and green waste dumping are required. Regular cleaning duties also include the sweeping and mopping of stairwells and some window cleaning too.

Must have a professional attitude, be reliable, be honest, plus take pride in your appearance and your work. A very keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and good communication skills are essential.

**You MUST have all of your own commercial quality equipment** including**:

- Lawn-mowers
- Whipper-snipper
- Leaf blower
- Hedge trimmers (extension hedger is needed)
- Weed sprayers
- Mop & bucket
- A work van/ute is essential, and a trailer is ideal
- Public Liability Insurance cover (min. $10 million)
- Active ABN

We have regular work available for an immediate start. Recent professional gardening experience is preferred, with examples of your work available to be viewed. Handyman and/or tree-lopping skills are favourable.
