Club Manager – Snap Fitness Morningside

We're recruiting this position as our previous Club Manager is relocating interstate, opening an exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven leader to join Snap Fitness Morningside.

About the role

You'll own the end-to-end success of the club, including:

  • Member retention & community building: nurture relationships, deliver outstanding service, and run engagement initiatives that keep members coming back.
  • Growth & lead generation: local area marketing, outreach, partnerships, and in-club activations to drive continual new membership.
  • Sales leadership: manage day-to-day new member enquiries, tours, and sign-ups while maintaining clear weekly goals and meeting monthly membership targets.
  • Standards & safety: maintain immaculate presentation, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
  • People & contractors: recruit, onboard, and coach staff; oversee PT contractors.
  • Operations & admin: reporting, budgeting, rostering, inventory, and contractor invoicing.
About you
  • Energetic, people-focused, highly organised, and target-driven
  • Strength in relationship building and community engagement
  • Experience recruiting/building a Personal Training team
  • Experience delivering small-group coaching, floor-based sessions, and community activations
  • Pride in building a club culture members love
  • Understanding of HR and Work Health & Safety processes (desirable)
Must-have qualifications
  • Certificate III in Fitness (minimum)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Police/Working With Children Check
  • Tertiary study in health, business, or commerce or strong business acumen with relevant experience (e.g., fitness, retail, etc.) is highly regarded
