You will provide initial client service support on behalf of the Officer In Charge of Beenleigh Station and work in a small team assisting members of the public with their enquiries.
Your role is a valued and integral part of a dynamic station where you work together as an inclusive team. You provide advice and guidance to clients attending the Station seeking assistance acting as a first point of contact between members of the public and police. Your role involves triaging of clients according to level of priority, entering and modifying QPS database and other associated systems.
