You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
- Developed leadership, management and change management skills to build and sustain a high performing team with a relationship-based culture involving active and regular engagement focussed on individual and team success.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate, influence and solve problems in a client-focussed environment of change and continuous improvement.
- High level knowledge, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge, of and to provide accurate advice in relation to Payroll Services in accordance with relevant legislation, directives, awards, policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and implement change to achieve positive business improvement and service delivery outcomes.
