About the role

We are looking for a Technical Services Coordinator to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Your key focus will be assisting in the implementation of the Elders national technical services strategy, ensuring the delivery of training, research, extension, and product innovation for Elders.
- This includes supporting Agronomy, Consulting, Crop Protection, Crop Nutrition, Seed, and Agritech business improvement and growth.

This position will support the operation of the national agronomy network, commercialisation of rural products, and the implementation of innovative products and services across the Elders network. You will support the coordination of research, development, and extension programs.

**Responsibilities**:
Supporting the administration for all national agronomy activity, including event planning.-
- Providing administration support to ongoing projects for the business unit.-
- Supporting national technical services specialists in training coordination for both agronomic and agritech activity.-
- Supporting the launch of innovative products and services to a network of over 240 agronomists-
- Facilitating support in strategic presentations for both internal and external use-
- Maintenance of monthly and quarterly business reporting-
- Maintenance of internal and external websites-
- Assisting the Head of Technical Services and wider team in travel coordinationAbout you

You will be a pro-active professional who understands various farming systems in Australia. You will also possess the following:
- Degree in Agricultural Science or Agribusiness (preferred);-
- Cert IV in Project Management (preferred);High skill level in using Microsoft Teams, one drive and SharePoint.-
- Administrative, organisational and problem-solving skills;-
- Excellent written and oral communication including presentation skills;-
- Can work effectively under pressure with an ability to follow processes and procedures;-
- Be a team player with a willingness to work closely with others to achieve team outcomes-
- Working in a team environment as well as being a motivated, self-starter capable of working autonomously;-
- Full driver’s license with experience across regional Australia.About Elders
