**The Opportunity**
The role sits within the Greenhouse Collective and is accountable for the creation of best in class creative solutions across all of our digital channels for our expanding group of partners.
As part of the Brand and Marketing team, the Digital Designer will play a pivotal role in elevating our digital creative. Supporting Digital Media Chapter to create digital media designed to engage customers and drive brand awareness and outcomes in customer channel of choice.

**What you'll do**
- Participate fully within the Greenhouse Collective team, contributing to creating a respected and valued service to deliver highly customer-focused outcomes, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple, contending priorities simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to keep all open projects moving, hitting and completing targets by the agreed deadlines.

**What you'll bring**
- 5+ years Digital agency/in-house studio experience working in a digital design role
- Great written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
- Efficient in creative platforms (Adobe CC)
- Advanced skills in animation, editing and motion graphicsMeticulous attention to detail
