**The role**

Are you a seasoned guest service professional with a flair for luxury and a commitment to delivering unparalleled guest experiences?

The Waiting Room, located within the Crown Towers lobby, is seeking an exceptional Venue Manager to lead the team and uphold our Forbes 5-star rating and award-winning standards, continuing to set the standard for excellence in hospitality.

The Waiting Room is an esteemed and prestigious venue, renowned for offering an impeccable level of luxury and meticulous service. Featuring jewel-toned velvet couches, a dramatic brass accented bar and a spacious open terrace. The Waiting Room continues to elevate Perth's vibrant bar scene with a strong focus on sophisticated cocktails alongside gourmet bar snacks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead & manage daily operations
- Uphold and enhance TWR's service standards
- Lead the team, motivating and developing a team of passionate hospitality professionals
- Drive operational performance, including staffing, inventory and financial management

**About you**
- 3-4 years previous leadership experience in a similar guest focused environment
- Proven ability to lead, drive and motivate a team to success
- A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills

**Qualifications**
To be successful, you'll:
Hold a current RSA certificate & current Approved Managers Card
