**The role**

Join the team at **88 Noodle Bar**, a dynamic Asian eatery at Crown Perth, as an **Assistant Restaurant Manager**. Located in the heart of the casino, this fast-paced, walk-in-only venue serves a vibrant menu of Asian favorites. We’re looking for a passionate leader with strong hospitality experience to help drive service excellence, support daily operations, and inspire a high performing team in a lively, guest focused environment.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge
- Lead and guide team members, while sharing your knowledge to upskill team members
- Forecast ahead of large events and ensure stock, staff and restaurant is prepared
- Assisting with the scheduling and rostering of employees
- General stock ordering and stock take/stock control

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- 3-5 years experience working within a Supervisory or Assistant Manager position within a similar venue
- Excellent time management
- Customer serviced focused with the want to learn and strive for excellence
- Bring a positive mindset and culture to your environment

**Additional Information**
To be successful, you’ll:

- Hold a current RSA certificate and Approved Managers License
- Be available to work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
