**The role**

Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone’s tastes.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Pearl Room management team.

The Pearl Room is Crown's exclusive gaming environment with dedicated bars and dining facilities overlooking the stunning 180-degree view of the city skyline.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Providing operational support across the Food & Beverage facilities in the Pearl Room
- Demonstrating leadership to team members.

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Previous leadership experience in an elevated environment
- Availability to work across a rotating roster
- Co-ordination of day-to-day operations
- Extensive customer service knowledge and skills
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking

**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you’ll:

- Hold or willing to obtain a current Approved Managers License

This role requires:

- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, evening and over-night shifts
- Have minimum 1 year previous leadership experience in an elevated environment
