**The role**

Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join Epicurean team, as the Assistant Manager. Epicurean is Perth’s only Forbes 5-star, fine dining buffet restaurant nestled within the luxurious Crown Towers hotel. This large venue requires someone to join the leadership team, ready to provide guidance and support to the team members and oversee daily operations within the restaurant. This role works closely with the restaurant manager to ensure exceptional experiences across all elements of the venue.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge
- Lead and guide team members, while sharing your knowledge to upskill team members
- Forecast ahead of large events and ensure stock, staff and restaurant is prepared
- Assisting with the scheduling and rostering of employees
- General stock ordering and stock take/stock control

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- 3-5 years experience working within a Supervisory or Assistant Manager position within a similar venue
- Excellent time management
- Customer serviced focused with the want to learn and strive for excellence
- Bring a positive mindset and culture to your environment

**Additional Information**:
**To be successful, you’ll**:

- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime and evening shifts
- Have previous experience working in a high volume, upscale restaurant
- Hold an Unrestricted Approved Manager License & RSA
