**The Organisation**

Our client is a market leader in the construction industry and is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team

Conveniently located in Bella Vista, our client has a vibrant and dynamic environment with a strong team culture. This is a 6-month contract with strong views for permanency (temp to perm). This business places high importance on training and up-skilling their workforce to equip them with the right skills to succeed and progress in their careers.

**About The Role**

The successful applicant will work with our customers via phone calls and online order placement and management. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer the best service experience, will be best suited to the role.

As a Customer Service Officer, your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to all inbound Call volumes.
- Assisting customers with order bookings, changes and cancellations with training provided on delivery time scheduling with order allocation software.
- Liaising with the Operation and Scheduling teams to ensure our customer's requirements are understood and met in a timely manner.
- Providing administrative support for purchase orders and cash sales orders.

**Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role, the below skills and experience is desired.
- Experience in call centre, customer service roles.
- Ability to build rapport quickly through strong phone manner.
- High attention to detail with exceptional written and oral skills.
- An eagerness to learn new things and grow your knowledge of the construction industry.

**Hours of work**

Available to work Monday - Friday 5.30am - 6pm - rotating rosters.

There are options to work every second Saturday morning a month, paid at overtime rates. Rotating rosters 5.30am - 2pm
