About the role
Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing, manage contractor superannuation payments, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and internal policies. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services.
**As our Payroll Officer, you'll also**:
Process fortnightly payroll, manage end-of-month reporting, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and awards.
Oversee contractor superannuation payments and maintain accurate payroll records and systems.
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to resolve payroll queries and support employee lifecycle changes.
Support system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement of payroll processes.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and awards
High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
Experience with Chris21/iChris will be highly regarded
