Tecside are currently looking for 2-4 experienced Administrators to join our client - a leading waste management company across Australia & New Zealand. They are currently going through some very exciting changes and expanding their business which is presenting various opportunities across the board

**These are ongoing temp positions working full-time hours Monday to Friday with possibility of permanency for the right person. Positions are based in Keysborough.**

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Assist the operations with day-to-day operational tasks
- Raise Purchase orders and goods receipt for Operational Managers
- Run SAP reports for operational managers when required
- Contact customers and drivers on daily basis
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders
- Review daily vehicle data for correct confirmation data
- Assist operational team with Salesforce entry and cases
- Assist operational team with various tasks
- Assist in client induction processes and recording
- Contacting customers of missed collections and queries
- Assisting driver’s driver queries and debriefs

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Previous administration experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs
- SAP experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
