**About the Role**

This is an entry level career opportunity for a career minded individual ready to kick start their career in the construction industry. We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented individual to join our passionate and professional Victorian division. In this role, you will be trained and mentored by experienced project professionals working within an industry leader for Design & Construction projects. This training is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in the role as a Project Administrator. We are looking for someone who has had experience in an administration role, working with important documents with an eye for detail. We will take the time to teach the rest. This is a genuine career pathway which can lead to a career in Project Management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support to the Project Management team;
- Tender Administration including but not limited to:

- Assist with Tender submission
- Compiling tender documentation
- Maintain and update tender templates
- Complete Council Application Forms if required
- Contract Documentation including but not limited to:

- Compiling contract packs
- Bank Guarantees
- Issuing Contracts
- Updating register
- Administration support for Project Managers including but not limited to:

- Set up new projects
- Collect subcontractor Insurances and OHS Documents
- Assist with the administration of subcontractor purchase orders
- Pronto and CAAPs coding for Purchase orders and invoices
- Project Completion - including project summaries and archiving
- Arrange access for the site crews to the client’s premises and ensure they have undertaken relevant
- Follow and maintain the document control process

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable highly regarded.
- Strong experience in administration
- Experience in document control
- Attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and drawing/document control
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Willingness and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to change rapidly from one task to another
- Current drivers license
