Responsible for managing the planning and executing HR activities, programs and initiatives

Manage the onboarding of new cultural innovators and review all employment contracts

Assist with the facilitation of new associates orientation programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders

Manage all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements

Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with your like-minded Human Resources Team

Responsible for the performance development of each of our talent's journey

Plan, organise and execute TakeCare events and activities for associates so they feel part of the global tribe

Assist with creating the hotel’s talent acquisition strategy, networking with local organisations and attending external recruitment fairs

Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position

Assist with ensuring employee files contain required employment paperwork are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time, focusing on attention to detail

Assists with managing Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs

About You:
Relevant experience in a similar managerial role

Strong knowledge in employment law

Working rights in Australia
