An exciting opportunity is available to join this growing division as a Vendor Manager, responsible for driving the success of the relationship with the third party provider involved in the provision of legal and documentation services across the loan lifecycle; ensuring contractual obligations, as well as regulatory and policy requirements are met.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Manage a high level of engagement with Senior Business Partners & Key Vendors to facilitate efficient resolutions to any issues & events that arise
- Manage material outsourcing contracts along with related procurement and contractual frameworks and practices.
- Work with procurement on negotiating, managing and monitoring contracts inclusive of service level agreements (SLAs) for Key Vendors
- Coordinate and manage changes to supplier and third party processes driven by policy, regulations or improvement opportunities
- Identify and assess supplier and third party risks, working with Retail, Tech and Operations teams to plan and mitigate risks and manage business continuity
- Identify areas for cost improvement
- Work effectively with internal departments to ensure vendor compliance
- Direct Vendor Management experience
- A demonstrable track record of successful stakeholder engagement
- An understanding of Regulatory requirements and legislation with an awareness of Operational Risk Management
- Proven experience in managing to a budget, forecasting and planning with conflict resolution & negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and on multiple deliverables
- High attention to detail with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
