IT Operations and Vendor Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor selection, contracts, and ongoing performance.
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs, conducting regular reviews and driving improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and manage IT risk registers.
  • Optimize IT spend, licensing, and forecasting.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within IT operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong background in IT vendor and MSP management.
  • Proven negotiation and contract management expertise.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and cloud-first environments.
  • Financial acumen in budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
