As our IT Vendor & Contract Analyst reporting to our Technology Enablement Director you will support the effective operation of IT vendor processes to enable KFC's technology-driven growth locally and globally.
ABOUT YOU – OUR NEXT ORIGINAL
- Relevant Tertiary degree in Business and/or Information technology
- Exposure to Request For Information (ie.RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes ideal
- Understanding of basic contract terms and/or procurement best practices.
- Exposure to IT hardware, software, cloud services, SaaS, suppliers ideal but not essential.
- Self-driven, strong analytical and research skills, with experience in benchmarking and market intelligence.
- Confidence in stakeholder management (of both internal and external stakeholders).
- Ability to work both independently but also as part of a cross functional team.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF YOUR NEW ROLE
- Assisting the KFC technology team to run smoothly with contracts and vendor management categories, such as hardware, software, SaaS, and related services.
- Conducting benchmarking and market analysis to help shape sourcing strategies and vendor selection.
- Assisting with RFx activities, including quotation and bid evaluations.
- Working closely with key vendor partners to assess performance and spot opportunities to add value for our restaurants.
- Collaborating with IT, Legal, and other teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and contract terms.
- Manage the technology contract pipeline, including renewals, sourcing needs, and identifying new opportunities.
- Continuous improvement initiatives within the Technology Enablement function
