Our Mission
As the fastest growing cyber security distribution business in APAC, Netpoleon aims to bring the best of breed next generation cyber solutions to ANZ. Netpoleon along with our parent company, Macnica Networks span across 14 countries in APAC.

To achieve our Channel 1st – Direct Demand Generation strategy, we have combined our channel experience, collaboration with cyber vendors and brought solutions and knowledge to the ANZ market. This had been achieved through innovative direct channel marketing and enablement.

The Position

  • Product Manager (Cyber)
  • Promoting cyber solutions to the channel
  • Main point of contact for our cyber vendors working on specific strategies to increase revenue
  • Managing key strategic cross-functional relationships in the channel community and the business
  • Recruiting, enabling and building an eco-system of new Cyber Security Partners
  • Development and launch of new initiatives to promote cyber solutions
  • Working closely with members of the marketing team to increase awareness through social media, events and other promotional activities.
  • Based in the Sydney office.

About you

  • You are a self-starter and thrive in an environment where you can understand and communicate key cyber products
  • You are connected in the partner landscape and understand the importance of communication, value and technology
  • You are skilled at translating business & marketing needs into executable product plans.
  • Your communication skills allow you to excel at collaborating in a cross functional environment.
  • You have a positive can do attitude
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple vendors and channel partners
  • Willing to travel once a quarter to various parts of ANZ.

Successful applicants need to have

  • 3 + years of Sales/Product/alliance experience ideally in IT from either a vendor, distributor, mssp or reseller. (Preferably from Cyber)
  • Strong strategic, analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills
  • Critical thinking, analysis and ability to develop strategies to overcome challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    ,
    as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to translate and simplify complex cyber problems, to match to solutions
  • Comfortable in face to face engagements, with a high standard of verbal and written communication
  • Channel-centric with channel experience
