**Your new company**

An award-winning multidisciplinary law firm based centrally on the Gold Coast. Due to their continued growth a full time property and conveyancing assistant is required to join their team

**Your new role**

Your role as the Property and Conveyancing Assistant will see you report to the Conveyancing Manager. Your role will involve:

- Assisting the property and commercial team with administrative tasks
- Processing settlement through PEXA
- Liaising with authorities, practitioners and clients
- Preparing and distributing correspondence and client communication
- Assisting with end of month billing
- Back up support / overflow to the reception and admin team

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in the Property and Conveyancing role you will have:

- A minimum of 12 months experience as a property paralegal or conveyancing assistant
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to manage a high volume workload
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advance MS Office skills
