Overview

Well established law firm seeks an experienced Conveyancing Assistant. Assisting on mainly residential conveyancing matters. Supporting a Solicitor and team. Working across mainly residential conveyancing matters. Excellent salary on offer.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support a Solicitor and team in the Property and Conveyancing Team. Duties include:

- Dealing with new client enquiries
- Booking appointments, diary management
- Ordering searches, registration of documents online
- Preparation of Settlements including PEXA workspace
- Liaising with clients and other parties
- Drafting and collation of documents
- General administrative support

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 1 years Property/Conveyancing Legal Assistant experience.

The Law Firm

Well established law firm based at Coolangatta. 65 staff. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $80,000 + super). Excellent training and career development.
