Overview

W3Global, Mountain Creek, Queensland, Australia, is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer or Conveyancing Manager to join its Conveyancing and Property Law team on the Sunshine Coast. This flexible position is available part-time, full-time, or hybrid and offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial conveyancing matters in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage conveyancing files from start to finish, with access to support as required
  • Liaise professionally with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and legal representatives to ensure smooth and timely settlements
  • Prepare and review contracts, settlement statements, and other legal documentation
  • Conduct title searches, property investigations, and other due diligence processes
  • Provide clear and timely updates to clients, guiding them throughout the conveyancing process
  • Ensure strict compliance with all legal, procedural, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and organised records using modern conveyancing software

Candidate Profile – About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Conveyancer or Conveyancing Assistant
  • Strong knowledge of Queensland conveyancing procedures and legislation
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused mindset
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
  • Familiarity with conveyancing platforms such as PEXA, LEAP, or Smokeball
