Progressive well established mid tier law firm seeks the expertise of an experienced Property/Conveyancing Paralegal. Excellent salary on offer.

Commercial Property/Off the Plan Conveyancing
Bundall location
**The Role**
As a Property Paralegal, you will run large scale commercial sales and purchases, management rights conveyancing files, development files, and commercial conveyancing files from start to finish. You will deal with clients, follow up on outstanding conditions, put and call options, deal with solicitors, banks, on line searches, check searches, booking in settlements with PEXA, billings and general file management duties.
**Your Experience**
You will have a minimum of 3 years conveyancing, commercial property and / or Property Development paralegal experience. Excellent file management skills and customer service skills are also essential.
**The Law Firm / Salary**
Well established law firm based at Bundall. 70 staff. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $94,350 package including super).
