Are you a Solicitor with approximately 1-5 years' experience in Queensland Conveyancing? We are looking for a highly motivated person, to join our Conveyancing team.
We pride ourselves on offering client focussed face to face service. This is a full-time position for a Lawyer with QLD Conveyancing experience, based in our beachside office in Palm Beach.

The Firm's areas of practice include:
· Conveyancing
· Probate, Estates, Wills and Enduring Power of Attorney
· Retirement Village and Nursing Home Agreements
Duties will include:
- Running Queensland Conveyancing files.
- Taking ownership of existing files and associated workload relating to the administration of Queensland Conveyancing.
- Reviewing Queensland Conveyancing documents, providing instructions and directions to Paralegals.
- Conducting client interviews and providing advice and guidance to clients in person, over the phone, by email and occasionally online.
- Being personal and empathetic in dealing with clients during stressful times.
- Producing quality and accurate work.
- Keeping confidential, all matters with respective clients.
- Building strong client and staff relationships.
- Receiving and confirming instructions regarding the purchase or sale of property in Queensland.
- Liaising with and using online systems for various external bodies as required, including but not limited to local government authorities, PEXA, Queensland Revenue Office and Land Titles Office.
- Assisting Paralegals with conducting searches and obtaining prescribed certificates for Queensland Property sales and purchases.
- Keeping accurate file records and correspondence regarding the purchase and sale of properties.
- Other tasks as directed.
The successful candidate will have:
- Admission as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland.
- A Queensland Practicing Certificate (highly regarded).
- 1 – 5 years experience as a Solicitor, practicing in the area of Queensland Conveyancing.
- Knowledge of the Property Law Act 2023 and Property Law Regulation 2024 in relation to the Conveyancing area of law.
- Have experience with the PEXA e-conveyancing system.
- Attention to detail.
- A solution focused, deadline driven work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond.
- Be a team player but also be able to work autonomously.
