**Your Role**

The Broker Administration Officer role is responsible for a number of administrative and member fulfilment activities in support of the wider Broker Channel.

**Main responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Broker Accreditation/auditing
- Member onboarding
- Elula/Member connect calls
- Insurance Sales and other cross sell
- Other administrative duties such as
- Formal & Post settlement task including campaign spreadsheets, payment setup
- Certificates update for brokers
- Loanworks maintenance
- Commission queries and assisting on processing

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Technical Skills:

- Admin guru with a keen eye for detail
- Preferred knowledge of Demi system
- Basic credit knowledge
- Sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional time management

Education and Qualifications
- Previous knowledge working with brokers / aggregators
- Previous experience as a Personal Banker
- Credit knowledge preferred
- Member fulfilment experience (General insurance and product knowledge)
