Your Role*
The Broker Support Officer will also undertake other activities that result in the achievement of performance targets across a variety of measures including referring or completing cross sell opportunities and completing audits on the Aggregators and Brokers to ensure they meet compliance requirements.

Main responsibilities but not limited to: *
- Cross selling - Refer credit card and memberships to Retail Sales team
- Understanding a range of diverse products/processes and corresponding regulatory requirements
- Ensuring good relationship is maintained with brokers and all internal stakeholders

About You*
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Understanding of Mortgage Broker industry
- Customer service and sales experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage industry
- Financial Services experience (desirable)
- Retail Banking sales/service experience (preferred in third party banking)
- Verbal, numerical, literacy skills
- Tier 2 accreditation (Essential)
- Cert IV Credit Management (Essential)
- Diploma/Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Desirable)
- Lending accreditation (Desirable)

As we are an Authorised Deposit Taking Institution, there is a requirement to complete the standard range of Credit, Police and Bankruptcy checks prior to commencement of employment.
