**About the Role**
This position is part of a wider team to support Retail Broker Growth and Risk Objectives by processing and maintaining broker accreditations (new, transfers along with terminations of brokers).

Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing broker accreditations (new and transfers) on behalf of Retail and Commercial brokers (Retail encompassing BOQ, Virgin Money and ME Bank).
- Ensuring accreditation standards and requirements are met to maintain the Group’s strong industry reputation and not expose the Group to risk, including, regulatory, operational, and credit risks.
- Updating and maintaining accurate broker details across all brands and Group wide platforms
- Termination / deactivation of broker accreditations.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and State Sales Teams to provide them guidance and support in relation to accreditation and other broker portfolio activities.
- Communicate and collaborate with Aggregator (Head Group) Accreditation and Administration areas to ensure accreditation requirements and standards are met. Furthermore, to obtain necessary information to ensure accurate broker records are maintained.
- Collaborate with other internal stakeholders (eg: Risk and Compliance, Commercial Brokers, Fraud Investigations, People and Culture, Financial Sanctions) to complete key responsibilities.
- Other broker portfolio administrative duties.

**About you**
You will ideally have:

- 1 to 3 years in a similar role.
- Attention to detail, adhering to follow processes and standards.
- Sound understanding of Broker Industry and Aggregator structures (desirable)
- Sound understanding of key Aggregator responsibilities / obligations (desirable)
- Sound analytics skills (data, / policy and process documents)
