**Contact Centre -Team Leader | Adelaide SA, Brisbane QLD**
**What if you could put the customer at the heart of everything you do?**
As a Team Leader in our Customer Experience Centre, you will be responsible for the daily management, coaching and development of a team of Customer Service Specialists. You will bring a passion for best practice operations management to ensure sales and service targets are achieved and exceeded. You will manage and oversee you up to 15 consultants and directly impacts our customer experience by enhancing team performance through inspiring leadership, ongoing mentorship, coaching and development.
**You'll be responsible for**:
- Meeting strategic goals through team KPI achievement
- Morale, Motivation and Engagement of staff
- Operating and adapting to a fast-paced, results driven, deadline-oriented work environment
- Building teams, coaching, and developing a high-performance culture
- Adapting and communicate change to teams
- Create and maintain a positive & motivating work environment
- Identify and seek development for gaps in teams skillset and assist with upskilling team member
**Important to your success**:
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership, coaching and development
- Resilience, ability to problem solve and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to operate and adapt in a fast-paced, results driven, deadline-oriented work environment
- Proven experience building, coaching, and developing a high-performance culture
- Self-motivation
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills including report analysis and interpretation
- ABS knowledge and experience desired
- Experience in financial services/ insurance industry is advantageous
