The South Australian Certificate of Education Board (SACE Board) of South Australia’s primary role is the provision of the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) to government, non-government and international schools.

**The IMPACT you will drive at the SACE Board**

The People and Culture Officer, is a member of the People and Culture team and is accountable to the Manager, People and Culture for contributing operationally to an effective and efficient People and Culture management service and the goals of the People and Performance Group. They will providing generalist, first line People & Culture administration and support across the SACE Board, ensure accuracy of data, support coordinating operational People and Culture activities and events across the employee lifecycle.

**What you will BRING**
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high-quality customer and advisory service to management and staff on a range of People and Culture services.
- Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills including summary report writing.
- Fundamental knowledge of industrial instruments and legislation as relevant.
- Demonstrated experience working within a changing environment while maintaining outcomes within deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience supporting P&C teams through uncertain circumstances.

**Qualifications**

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline is desirable.

**Special Conditions**
- Some out-of-hours work.
- The incumbent works under the _SACE Board of South Australia Act 1983_.
- An intense time of activity for the P&C team within the SACE Board of South Australia occurs during September to January. For some roles, the incumbent would not normally be able to take extensive planned leave during these times.

**Remuneration**

ASO4 classification level. $76,561-$80,256 per annum plus superannuation.

This is a term vacancy up to 2 years.
