**The Role**
Seeking an energetic and experienced
**Workshop Controller** with strong leadership and team building abilities to join our
**Essendon Volkswagen** Service Team

Reporting to our Fixed Operations Manager, you will coordinate the efficient scheduling and allocation of our daily workshop job schedule ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard. Liaising between our Service Advisors and Service Technicians you’ll be a strong communicator, organised, calm and composed under pressure with an ability to get things done on time to the highest of standards ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.

**YOU**
- Excellent knowledge of workshop procedures and operations.
- Strong communication, team leadership skills and the ability to develop strong rapport with Technicians.
- Strong focus on results, quality & efficiencies _“A fix it right, first time”_ attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills and computer literacy.
- Calm, composed & strong ability to work well under pressure.
- Volkswagen Dealership experience is highly regarded.
- **Experience as a Workshop Controller in a Dealership Workshop is essential.**
