**Your Impact**

We have an opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to join the CUB team as the Commercial Asset Manager on a 12-month fix-term contract.

We are currently embarking on a journey to centralise the way we manage our Asset’s here at CUB and we are looking for you to join the team and lead this process. As part of your new role your responsibilities will include assessing, developing and executing detailed plans and processes to track, manage and maintain CUB’s commercial assets in venues.

As Commercial Asset Manager you will be required to develop a process for tracking and maintaining our signage portfolio over the short and long-term working with service providers. Also manage & track other CUB assets including Fridges, Draught Dispense Equipment and CO2 Monitors.

**The opportunity**:
Key Asset responsibilities include:

- Assessing current tools and processes
- Recommending future tools and processes
- Develop detailed project plan(s) to implement and track progress
- Coordinate internal resources and service providers for flawless execution
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Report and escalate safety issues to management as needed
- Manage the relationships between all key stakeholders
- Manage external supplier relationships to ensure all CUB assets are tagged prior trade install
- Maintain internal asset register of all CUB owned assets in partnership with external suppliers

Key Signage responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement a preventative servicing and maintenance program to manage commercial signage owned by Asahi Beverages.
- Ensure service provider appointed to design, install, service and maintain commercial signage is meeting obligations of the service agreement in place.
- Ensure signage agreements are put in place for all customers where commercial signage is included as part of the business agreement between Asahi Beverages and the customer.

**About You**

We are looking for an experienced Asset manager to join our team as we revamp and assess the way we manage our assets. You will have a minimum of 5 years asset, safety or Project management experience.

Additionally:

- Asset management
- Contractor management
- FMCG experience preferred
- Strong project management/leadership skills - with the ability to lead large and complex projects on their own - Stakeholder groups in these projects are typically senior managers within CUB and within the Customer
- Deep Strength in communicating verbally and delivering articulate presentations most of which are with senior management teams internal or within the customer team
