The Role
Join our dynamic team at Levande, where you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our vibrant communities. Collaborating with the Property and Portfolio Management Team, you’ll proactively review and implement strategies to enhance the value of our portfolio. You'll also work closely with key stakeholders across Operations, Sales, and Finance, fostering strong relationships and driving impactful outcomes. **Your Impact**:

- Lead the review and delivery of strategies to improve the performance and value of the property portfolio.
- Take commercial oversight of property initiatives, ensuring financial performance and strategic outcomes are met.
- Drive improvements to systems and processes that support efficient portfolio management.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to achieve business goals.
- Influence key stakeholders to drive collaboration and successfully deliver strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present compelling insights and recommendations to Executive Committees and Boards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to operational risk and compliance requirements.
