Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rwanda for a Student Counsellor. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing student and career counselling services, ensuring effective communication, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves guiding students on their educational journey, assisting with course selection, and supporting them throughout the application process.

Qualifications

  • Student Counselling and Career Counselling skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Experience in the Education sector
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in Counselling or Education are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or related field
