A rare opportunity has arisen for an exceptional People and Culture Manager to join their team in the Melbourne office. This role will encompass a broad range of people and culture duties including, but not limited to: - employee engagement and culture; - staff recruitment and retention programs; - resourcing and induction; - performance management; - staff support and relationship building; - learning and development; - HR advice and administration; - workplace health & safety; - strategic implementations; and - continuously benchmarking and uplifting HR practices, policies and procedures. - relevant tertiary qualifications; - experience in a legal or professional services environment; - a commitment to the client, both internal and external; - broad understanding and experience in the many tools and techniques of human resource management; - a general understanding of how to work in a partnership environment; - the ability to work with people at all levels; - excellent written and verbal communication skills including good attention to detail; - well-developed time/project management skills; - a high level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously; and - enthusiasm, energy and a "can do" attitude. This role is offered on a 4 day week basis, with hybrid and other flexible arrangements also available to meet your needs.
