employee experience and employment brand
, ensuring they continue to attract and retain great talent.
You'll report to the Head of Operations & Marketing and work closely with senior leaders and a supportive Corporate Services Coordinator to keep people processes running smoothly and ensure the team feels supported to do their best work.

- Has recruitment experience and an eye for employment branding.
- Is confident managing policies, compliance and payroll coordination.
- Is comfortable using Employment Hero (or similar HRIS) and Culture Amp.
- Communicates clearly and builds trust quickly with both leaders and team members.
- Is resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
The Benefits
- Flexibility: 0.6 FTE (22.5 hour per week)
- Hybrid working.
- Impact: Shape and optimise Cube's people function.
- Purpose: Work with a certified B Corp committed to values, care and community impact.
