People & Culture Systems Officer
- ASAP - 9 month contract
- Band 5 salary

Public Sector People are currently recruiting for an experienced People & Culture Systems Officer at a prominent Council in Melbourne's east.

This role will offer a 9-month contract and truly offers a unique opportunity to provide first-level support to employee users of Council's Oracle ERP system, with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning modules. Help drive the adoption and use of ERP across Council and contribute the Benefits Realisation Plan.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee system users, resolving issues related to Oracle's HCM and Learning modules.
- Engage with users, prepare communications, and develop training materials to enhance system usage.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through user feedback and testing.
- Develop reports using Oracle's and/or Power BI to support People and Culture functions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in a customer support role or as a help desk technician.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.
- Desirable: Experience with HRIS, Oracle, PayGlobal, report-building, and process documentation.
