Competitive Total Remuneration Package up to $150,000 inclusive of superannuation

**Location**: Flexible across SRW’s major offices

About the Role

As the Manager People and Culture, you will set the strategic direction and framework for all People and Culture activities, optimising, and enhancing the organisation’s service levels, culture, employment brand, employee experience, and organisational reputation. With a focus on organisational development, this role will suit an individual with culture transformation experience. In this position, you will manage a small team whilst supporting other leaders in growing and developing the skills and capacity of their staff.

As the Manager People and Culture, some of your key areas of responsibility will include:
Work collaboratively with the General Manager Strategy, People and Culture to conceptualise, develop and implement key organisational culture, engagement and change initiatives and strategies.
Ensure organisational compliance with all relevant employment legislation, regulations and instruments.
Ensure SRW undertake workplace investigations (where applicable) and provide oversight into organisational performance management and disciplinary processes, ensuring that policies, processes are upheld.
Contribute to the development, review and communication of HR policies and procedures, tools and initiatives including the implementation of gender equality and diversity action plans.
Lead the human resources team to provide towards enhancing organisational business excellence identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure consistent, timely and effective services across the business.
Lead, monitor and review the performance management system ensuring that appropriate plans are in place for managing succession, retention, and talent and career development.

About you

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Transformational leadership or organisational development skills.
Knowledge and demonstrated use of contemporary HR practices and strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
Successful time management skills, especially in relation to meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
Strong team management, leadership, influencing, consulting, and negotiation skills.
