**The role**:
Within this role you will be responsible for customer service and reception duties, you will be the face of the site when clients, drivers and visitors arrive

To be successful in this role, you will have great organisational skills along with a strong commitment to ensuring a high-quality level of service to internal stakeholders and client groups.

**Daily duties & responsibilities**
- Answering & directing all incoming calls
- Managing & completing all visitor inductions
- Processing all inbound and outbound transport
- Booking transport for customer orders pickups and delivery
- Assisting in processing orders through invoice stage
- Management of client information
- Filing documentation related to client orders
