We require an additional person to join our customer service team.

**Job functions**:

- Respond to customer service requests
- Answer phone calls
- Interact with customers via online chat and socials
- General admin duties
- Approx 12 hours per week

**Experiences**
Ideally, you will have exposure to another customer service role.
You've probably worked in retail before.
Exposure to some sort of health care would be a great advantage.
Daily computer use in previous roles is a must.
Highly developed communication both verbal and written.
This role is suitable for an entry-level with some retail/customer service experience.

**Personal Qualities**
You will have a well-developed empathy and understanding of people living with disabilities.
Ideally, you just love customer service and making sure that every single interaction is brilliant for our customers.
Trying to help people the best you can and going that extra mile is what you live for. You pride yourself on your written and verbal communication skills.

Working in a small team will excite you along with working in an online eCommerce environment.
This position will be a premominantly remote position, working from your own home and on occasion, at our Global Head Office and Warehouse in North Geelong Victoria, when COVID restrictions allow.
