Opal Fibre Packaging Australia provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the Opal team

Working from our site in Barnawartha North, the key focus of this role will be to:

1. Provide a high level customer service to a large customer portfolio using both email and phone.
2. Provide ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Utilise our various applications to assist customers with order requirements.
4. Manage cases within the CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers.
5. Provide prompt communication to customers with regards to order status when required.
6. Ensure customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
7. Develop strong ongoing relationships with customers.

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

1. Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and admin environment (this would be required).
2. Experience working in a manufacturing/warehousing/FMCG environment.
3. Experience in using CRM systems is required (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics experience would be highly regarded).
4. Advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
5. Strong communication skills with both inbound and outbound stakeholders (including phone and email communication).
6. Prioritization and problem-solving skills.
7. The ability to remain calm under pressure.
8. Confidence in building relationships over the phone to resolve issues.
