**The Role**

This position is responsible for ensuring product safety and quality by providing quality assurance, manufacturing and technical support as required. The motivated applicant will:

- Review all production data and forms from each production day against specifications for product clearance.
- Identify, control and report on quality, legality and food safety (HACCP) issues.
- Raise Corrective actions and Non-Conforming Product Records where appropriate.
- Carry out SAP transactions for finished product stock movements.
- Attend production and other relevant meetings to discuss issues of concern.
- Compile several weekly reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Examine, trouble-shoot and report on customer complaints, and implement corrective action where appropriate.

**Skills & Experience**
- Qualified or working towards a degree in a science-related discipline preferred.
- FMCG experience preferred.
- A broad understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- An ability to work in a systematic, methodical, and orderly manner.
- Collaborative and proactive work style
