We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a B2B sales environment who is professional, a quick learner, and comfortable within a technical sales role.**

Centre Vision is currently offering a new opportunity for a passionate, self-confident, and result-driven individual to join our team in Melbourne. Daily tasks will consist of Connecting with a potential prospect, engaging with existing customers quotation’s and establishing ongoing relationships with Clients

**Sales Support**:

- Assist sales team members in their day-to-day activities, including preparing sales materials, generating quotes, and creating sales orders.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation.

**Appointment Setting**:

- Conduct telesales activities with a focus on VIC and NSW regions.
- Arrange qualified appointments for sales representatives in VIC and NSW.
- Proactively identify and pursue new potential customers within the designated areas.

**Travel Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales representatives, ensuring efficient travel arrangements.
- Confirm appointments with clients and provide necessary information to sales representatives.
- Prepare clients and sales representatives for meetings, setting expectations and providing relevant sales materials.
- Liaise with the administrative team to arrange merchandise for appointments.

**Sales Meeting Assistance**:

- Assist in arranging face-to-face sales meetings for the sales team in our showroom.
- Participate in sales meetings, providing support and taking notes as required.

**Communication and Reporting**:

- Prepare and send quotes to customers in a timely manner.
- Generate reports and sales-related documentation as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales administration or support role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Monthly bonus
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Telesales: 1 year (preferred)
