**Your new role**
- Deliver high quality customer service, including provision of guidance, support and advice to participants tailored to their individual needs
- Manage routine inquiries
- Work in a rostered environment that includes scheduled breaks and assigned tasks, hours of operation are between 09:00 - 19:00 AEDST, Monday to Friday.
- Work to achieve benchmarks at both the team and individual level
- Navigate across multiple it systems in real-time
- All training will be provided in paid work time
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A strong desire to offer great customer service
- Communication skills to interpret information, tailor messaging and resolve issues
- An ability to learn multiple IT systems
- A commitment to demonstrating behaviours in line with the APS values and Code of Conduct
- Must be an Australian citizen to apply
- Be willing to undertake a National Police check or provide one from within the last 6 months
