Join a Federal Government Call Centre in a casual part time ongoing position - afternoon and evening hours

This Government Department’s focal point is about collaborating people, policies and programs in order to make a difference in the lives of thousands of Australians every day. Based in the CBD, this organisation is supporting people in need.
**Your new role**
Will be working a 3-hour shift between 4pm and 9pm Monday to Friday. You will be undertaking high volume outbound calls to complete several ongoing surveys with customers. You will have an exceptional phone manner and will provide clear and concise information via phone. This role will require you to work autonomously across multiple systems at once with the ability to be empathetic with the customer while also navigating computer systems to record notes and look up information.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working within a Contact Centre
- A resilient and adaptable nature A Positive outlook
- Descalation skills via phone
- Empathy and compassion for the customer
- A strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills via both verbal and written communication channels
- Have strong technical skills and ability to grasp new concepts well and easily
- If successful you must be available for 2 weeks of full-time training during business hours.
