Are you a dynamic, experienced and passionate property professional looking for your next challenge?

Our client is one of Newcastle's fastest growing asset management agencies. Building off the back of their strong database of investor clients and property education social media following, you'll be apart of something special, saving investor clients time, money and stress when it comes to managing their properties.

**The Role**:
With the foundations of the business set, you will be responsible for facilitating growth, handling leads from the sales team and onboarding new clients.

Understanding that some top talent want flexibility in their role, we are open to this position being full time, part time or casual - we trust you as a professional to look after your clients needs.

Duties will include:

- Onboarding new clients
- Promotion and leasing of properties including feedback to owners
- Manage tenancy renewals and rent increases
- Entry/routine/exit inspections/maintenance
- Monitor and action rent arrears
- Issue breach and other notices as required
- Manage bond refunds and resident disputes
- Trust accounting
- Administrative duties including preparation of documents, phone & written communication and accurate electronic filing

- Proven experience as a Property Manager
- Current real estate licence
- Current NSW drivers licence
- Proven knowledge of relevant legislation
