**About You**:

- Excels in complex support environments, including In-Home Supports, Supported Independent Living and Community Access.
- Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Has extensive experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges.
- Can prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease.
- Is flexible and can work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and overnights and awakes.

**What you need or be willing to obtain**:

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.35 - $40.71 per hour
