**The opportunity**
This amazing opportunity will see you support the Member & Advice (M&A) team to expand, uplift and execute on the M&A communications approach and plan. As an expert content creator, you’ll be delivering, coaching and supporting content authors, business initiative sponsors and our wider enablement teams.
Working in partnership with the M&A leadership team your role is key in engaging and informing our people on what and how we are delivering to our company strategy and change agenda.
As a UniSuper champion your role will focus on building, maintaining & managing internal communications channels used by M&A and making sure our people know where to find relevant information. You will do this by:
- Own, improve, and execute the M&A communications approach and plan
- Working closely with the central Internal Communications team and maintaining alignment of such elements as tone of voice, templates, rhythms and plans
- Work with Change Leads supporting transformation to build confidence in the transformation agenda through consistent messaging and engagement
- Plan and deliver regular M&A communications and engagement plans, such as regular executive updates, change and project roll outs, and leadership forums
**About you**

This is a position where your high energy, positive attitude and motivation to communicate through storytelling, engagement, and planning are key for success. You will also have the ability to:
- 5+ years communications experience - internal communications preferred
- Experience with communications and multimedia tools for two-way engagement and information sharing
- Employ excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence, convey insights and support collaboration
- Challenge the status quo and propose solutions to complex engagement and communication challenges
- Exceptional relationship and engagement skills with the confidence to interview senior leaders
- Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality output
- Proven experience working on your own as well as part of a team
